Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh zdravotně technických a plynovodních instalací v zadaném objektu aparthotelu v Peci pod Sněžkou. Jedná se o aparthotel se dvěma podzemními a nejvíce šesti nadzemními podlažími vč. galerie. Nadzemní podlaží věží slouží pro ubytování. V prvním podzemním podlaží se nachází parkoviště a wellness. V druhém podzemním podlaží se nachází technické zázemí objektu, obchody a malá restaurace pro návštěvníky. Všechny střechy a terasy aparthotelu jsou provedeny jako zelené. Výpočtová část a projekt obsahují návrh kanalizace, vodovodu, plynovodu a jejich napojení na stávající inženýrské sítě. Teoretická část se zabývá zvyšováním tlaku ve vnitřních vodovodech vč. návrhu zařízení pro zvyšování tlaku v řešeném objektu. The master thesis focuses on the design of sanitary and gas installations in the particular aparthotel building in Pec pod Sněžkou. It is an aparthotel with two underground and max six above-ground floors incl. a gallery. The upper floors of the towers are used for accommodation. A parking lot and wellness area are situated on the first underground floor. On the second underground floor there is a technical background of the building, shops and a small restaurant for guests. All the roofs and terraces of the aparthotel are made to be green. The calculation part and the project contain the design of the sewerage, water supply, gas pipeline and their connection to the existing engineering networks. The theoretical part deals with increasing the pressure in the indoor plumbing, incl. design of equipment for increasing the pressure in the particular building.
