Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh skladby a výroby kompozitního materiálu s dřevěnými lístkovými třískami a akrylátového skla. Celá práce je postavena na vývoji skladby kompozitního materiálu od počátku výroby po výsledný přijatelný vzhled a příznivých vlastností vzniklé akrylátotřískové desky. V práci je stanoven podíl jednotlivých komponentů. Akrylátotřísková deska je podrobena zkouškám pro zjištění fyzikálních a mechanických vlastností: odolnost povrchu proti oděru dle ČSN 910276, odolnost proti nárazům dle BS 3962, odolnost povrchu proti vodě dle ČSN 492120, drsnost povrchu ČSN 490211, zjištění bobtnání po uložení ve vodě ČSN 49 0166, stanovení pevnosti v tahu kolmo na rovinu desky ČSN EN 319, stanovení modulu pružnosti v ohybu a pevnosti v ohybu dle ČSN EN 310, stanovení hustoty dle ČSN EN 323 a vlhkosti ČSN EN 13183-1 a jejich následné vyhodnocení. V závěru budou u akrylátotřískové desky porovnány vlastnosti s jinými kompozitními materiály a návrh použití desky v praxi. Thesis focuses on the proposal of the structure and production of composite material from wooden sliver leaves and acrylic glass. The thesis contains information about the development of the structure of composite material from the very beginning till the final acceptable appearance and promising characteristics of created acrylic panel. There is described a ratio of individual components and the acrylic-sliver panel undergoes examinations to find physical and mechanical characteristics: resistance of the surface against abrasion according to ČSN 910276, impact resistance according to BS 3962, surface water resistance according to ČSN 492120, surface roughness ČSN 490211, finding swelling values when stored in water according to ČSN 49 0166, finding flexural modulus according to ČSN EN 310, determining density according to ČSN EN 323 and humidity ČSN EN 13183-1 and following assessment. In the Conclusion there is a comparison of acrylic-sliver panel characteristics with other composite materials and proposal of the panel use in practice.
