Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu s hlavním konstrukčním systémem ze dřeva. Navrhovaná stavba se nevztahuje k určitému pozemku, proto bude moci být realizována na libovolném místě, které bude splňovat stanovené požadavky výstavby. Pro navrhovaný rodinný dům jsou vypracovány jednotlivé dispoziční varianty, ze kterých je pak jedna vybraná a zpracována podrobně. Při výběru je přihlíženo jak na názor autora, tak názor veřejnosti coby potencionálních investorů. Pro navrhovaný rodinný dům bude vypracována výkresová dokumentace s popisem její konstrukce a způsobu provedení. Realizovaná stavba bude řešit využitelnost podkrovních prostor pro bydlení. Bachelor thesis deals with the design of the family house with the main construction system made of wood. The proposed building does not relate to a particular plot, so it will be possible to implement it in any place that will meet the specified construction requirements. For the proposed family house individual alternatives are made, each one of these is selected and designed in detail. The selection takes into account both the author's opinion and the public's opinion as potential investors. For the proposed house drawing documentation with description of construction will be made. The realized construction will solve the usability of attic space for living.
