Diplomová práce rozpracovává faktory trhu práce v České republice. V prvé řadě analyzuje a zhodnocuje dopady jednotlivých faktorů na pracovní nabídku v období mezi lety 1997 až 2007 a hledá příčiny ve vývoji jednotlivých proměnných. Vedle toho identifikuje možné závislosti mezi různými ukazateli s cílem připravit prostor pro další výhled. V další části pak poskytuje krátkodobou predikci nejvýznamnějších faktorů, které budou v nejbližších letech ovlivňovat kvantitativní stránku pracovních sil v České republice. Pomocí tohoto přístupu pak zhodnocuje důsledky pro rozvojové možnosti národního hospodářství a identifikuje možné příležitosti či hrozby, se kterými je nutno v důsledku měnící se struktury nabídky práce v České republice počítat. The diploma work analyses the leading factors of the Czech labour market. Firstly, it analyses and assesses an impact of individual factors on the labour force during the period lasting from 1997 till 2007 and it searches for the reasons regarding each variable progress. Moreover it aspires to identify possible mutual dependences between various indicators that formulate better position for the following outlook. Secondly, the work provides a short-time prediction of the most important factors that will probably affect the quantity of the labour force in the Czech Republic in course of following years. After the quantity prediction the work explains consequences regarding possible affection of the national economy's growth and identifies possible opportunities and threats connected with the changing structure of the Czech labour force.
