Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou a návrhom zmien informačného systému personálnej agentúry SourceFirst International s.r.o., ktoré majú za úlohu zlepšiť efektivitu v rámci procesov podniku. Prvá časť sa venuje teoretickým poznatkom k danej problematike a popisu analýz, ktoré budú v druhej časti použité pre informačný systém HCL Lotus Notes. Na základe výsledkov týchto analýz budú odhalené aktuálne nedostatky, vďaka ktorým budú v tretej časti vypracované návrhy zmien, potrebné na ich odstránenie alebo minimalizáciu ich dopadu na spoločnosť. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and proposed of changes in the information system of the recruitment agency SourceFirst International s.r.o. The first part is focused to theoretical knowledge of the issue and description of analyses that will be used in the second part for information system HCL Lotus Notes. Based on the results of these analyses, current shortcomings will be identified, which will make the background for suggestion of changes to eliminate them or minimize their impact on company.
