Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem pravidel létání podle předpisu L2 v oblasti civilního letectví. V první kapitole je stručně shrnuta historie utváření leteckých pravidel. Druhá kapitola popisuje předpis L2. Ve třetí až sedmé kapitole jsou popsána pravidla létání v oblasti civilního letectví, přičemž kapitola 4 obsahuje popis vzdušného prostoru pro lepší pochopení následujících kapitol. The bachelor's thesis deals with the description of the rules of flying according to Annex 2 prescription in the field of civil aviation. The first chapter briefly summarizes the history of aviation rules. The second chapter describes the Annex 2 prescription. Chapters 3 to 7 describe the rules of the flying in the field of civil aviation, while Chapter 4 contains a description of airspace for a better understanding of the following chapters.
