Jakub Jeníček, Ph.D. Název bakalářské práce: Aplikace suché jehly v terapii funkčních poruch pohybové soustavy Podtitul: Myofasciální trigger points Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce rešeršního charakteru se věnuje aplikaci suché jehly v terapii funkčních poruch pohybové soustavy. Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled problematiky myofasciálních trigger points, které jsou považovány za nejčastější příčinu myofasciální bolesti, a suché jehly, která je jednou možností jejich terapie. Část přehledu problematiky je věnována právním předpisům České republiky, které se týkají aplikace suché jehly ve fyzioterapeutické praxi. Hlavní cílem této práce je vypracovat systematickou rešerši klinických studií, které srovnávají účinek suché jehly se standardními fyzioterapeutickými metodami. Do rešerše je zařazeno 22 randomizovaných klinických studií, které porovnávají účinek suché jehly s manuální terapií, fyzikální terapií a s kombinací fyzioterapeutických metod. Některé sledují zahrnutí aplikace suché jehly do multimodálního programu. Výsledky rešerše ukazují, že efekt suché jehly je ve většině studií minimálně podobný nebo lepší ve srovnání s ostatními metodami. Klíčová slova: spoušťový bod, myofasciální bolestivý... Jakub Jeníček, Ph.D. Title: Dry needling in the therapy of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system Subtitle: Myofascial trigger points Abstract: This bachelor's thesis has a research character and concerns the application of dry needling in the therapy of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system. The objective of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive summary about the topic of myofascial trigger points, which are considered to be the most common cause of myofascial pain and dry needling, which presents one of the therapy options. A part of the topic summary is dedicated to the Czech legislation concerning the application of dry needling in the physiotherapy practice. The main objective of this thesis is to create a systematic research of clinical studies, which compare the efficacy of dry needling to standard methods of physiotherapy. The research includes 22 randomized clinical studies, which compare the efficacy of dry needling to manual therapy, physical therapy and a combination of physiotherapy methods.
