Cílem mé bakalářské práce je porovnání dvou divácky oblíbených amerických sitcomů Přátelé a Jak jsem poznal Vaši matku. V této práci jsem nejdříve zmínila historii televizního sitcomu u nás i ve světě, uvedla ústřední zápletky obou zkoumaných sitcomů a na sitcomu Přátelé reflektovala události spojené s 11. září 2001. Hlavním obsahem této práce je však komparativní analýza zkoumaných sitcomů, a to z hlediska postav, prostředí i vztahů. V závěru jsem uvedla epizodní role známých osobností a shrnula myšlenku této práce. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to compare two favorite American sitcoms Friends and How I Met Your Mother. In this work, I first mentioned the history of the TV sitcom in our country and in the world, mentioned the central plots of the two sitcoms under review, and on the sitcom Friends reflected the events associated with 9/11. The main content of this work is comparative analysis of sitcoms, in terms of characters, locations and relationships. In the end, I introduced the episodic roles of famous celebrities and summed up the idea of this work.
