[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce "Podnikatelský plán beauty studia se zaměřením na marketingovou komunikaci" má za cíl vytvořit podnikatelský plán kosmetického studia, které se specializuje na přírodní péči. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s podnikáním a základy pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části je popsán samotný podnikatelský plán se zaměřením na marketingovou komunikaci. Praktická část obsahuje popis nabízených produktů a služeb, definici cílové skupiny, zpracované analýzy - SWOT analýzu a Porterův model pěti sil. Zatímco SWOT analýza rozebírá a zhodnocuje současný stav podniku, Porterův model pěti sil analyzuje konkurenční prostředí nově vstupujícího podniku na trh. Marketingový plán obsahuje taktiky ke zvýšení povědomí o podniku, které budou implementovány na sociálních sítích, zejména na platformách Instagram, YouTube a Facebook a Tik Tok.
