Diplomová práce s názvem "Tlumočnická oddělení německých zákonodárných a výkonných orgánů" se zaměřuje na dvě instituce: Bundestag a Auswärtiges Amt (česky Ministerstvo zahraničních věcí, zkráceně AA). Tato práce částečně navazuje na výzkumy, zabývající se oddělením tlumočnických služeb AA od jeho vzniku až po konec druhé světové války, a klade si za cíl nejenom zmapovat organizaci a fungování tohoto oddělení po více než sto letech jeho působení, ale obdobně se také zaměřit na relativně nové tlumočnické oddělení Bundestagu. Kromě organizace, vnitřních předpisů a fungování se práce dále zaměří na témata etiky a role tlumočníka na nejvyšší politické úrovni a výjimkami napříč odděleními. Klíčová slova: Německo, Bundestag, Auswärtiges Amt, tlumočnické oddělení, role tlumočníka The diploma thesis "Interpreting Departments of the German Legislative and Executive Bodies" focuses on two institutions: the Bundestag and the Auswärtiges Amt (in English Ministry of Foreign Affairs, abbreviated AA). This work partly follows the researches about the interpreting department of AA interpreting services from its establishment to the end of the Second World War and aims not only to describe the organization and functioning of this department after more than one hundred years of its establishment, but also to focus on relatively new interpreting department in Bundestag. In addition to organization, internal regulations and functioning, the work will also focus on topics of ethics and the role of an interpreter at the highest political level and exceptions across departments.
