1 Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se v rámci případové studie zabývá aktuálním záměrem propojit lyžařské areály Svatý Petr a Medvědín ve Špindlerově Mlýně. Konečné schválení tohoto záměru nebude vůbec jednoduché, jelikož jeho realizace zahrnuje poměrně značné zásahy do Krkonošského národního parku. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak probíhá rozhodovací proces v případě tohoto záměru, jací aktéři se při vyjednávání o jeho realizaci objevují, jaký mají na propojení areálů názor představitelé vybraných aktérů rozhodovacího procesu, a zda se záměr rezidentům Špindlerova Mlýna zamlouvá či nezamlouvá. K zodpovězení výzkumných otázek, které z cíle práce vyplývají, je využito kvalitativní i kvantitativní metodologie, konkrétně polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická část uvádí čtenáře do obecnějšího kontextu problematiky realizace záměru, metodologická část popisuje a zdůvodňuje vybrané výzkumné metody a praktická část pojednává o výsledcích provedeného výzkumu. Závěr práce shrnuje hlavní dosažené poznatky. Významným odhalením této diplomové práce je pak skutečnost, že nebýt mnoha vedlejších pozitiv záměru, mimo hlavní motiv umožnit lyžařům lyžovat na obou svazích bez sundání lyží, pravděpodobně by se o jeho realizaci nedalo vůbec uvažovat. Klíčová slova: rozhodovací proces, EIA, stakeholder,... 1 Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the current plan to connect ski resorts Svatý Petr and Medvědín in Špindlerův Mlýn within a case study. The approval of this plan will not be easy at all, as its realization would involve relatively substantial interventions in the Krkonoše National Park. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the decision- making process is taking place in the case of this plan, which actors are involved in negotiating of its implementation, what are opinions of representatives of the selected actors of the decision-making process and whether residents of Špindlerův Mlýn like or dislike the plan. For answering the research questions that arise from the goal of the thesis, qualitative and quantitative methodology, namely semi-structured interviews and questionnaire survey is used. The theoretical part introduces the reader to a more general context of the realization of the plan, the methodological part describes and justifies the selected research methods and the practical part deals with the results of the research. The conclusion summarizes the main pieces of knowledge.
