Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast výuky soutěžního společenského tance dospělých tanečních párů. Soutěžní tanec je disciplínou, která čerpá znalosti a teoretické poznatky z jiných vědních oborů, jakými jsou například sport obecně, sportovní trénink, psychologie aj. Cílem bakalářské práce je nastínit návrh metodiky této výuky. První kapitola je věnována obecnému pohledu na vybrané aspekty sportovního tréninku, jakými jsou například jeho řízení, stavba, složky nebo charakteristiky zatížení. Součástí této kapitoly je také ukotvení základní terminologie. Další kapitola se zabývá vybranými didaktickými aspekty výuky soutěžního společenského tance. Tato kapitola podrobněji pojednává o motivaci tanečního páru, komunikaci mezi trenérem a tanečním párem a o rolích trenéra. Třetí kapitola je věnována tématu struktury tréninkové jednotky (jejímu rozložení a zaměření). Stěžejní částí práce je čtvrtá kapitola, která na základě výše zmíněné teorie navrhuje metodiku výuky soutěžního společenského tance dospělých tanečních párů. Empirické šetření má doplňující charakter. Jeho cílem je zjištění subjektivních preferencí, názorů a upřednostňovaných postupů trenérů i dospělých soutěžních párů, které následně prokážou, zdali jsou teoretické poznatky vztažené k metodice výuky ve sportovním tanci implementovány v... This bachelor thesis deals with the field of teaching competitive ballroom dancing for adults. Competitive dancing is a discipline exploiting accessible knowledge and theory of other scientific fields such as sports in general, sports training psychology and psychology. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to outline a methodology of teaching ballroom dancing for adults. The first chapter is focused on general overview of selected aspects of sports training, such as training management, training structure, training parts and training load characteristics, including defining basic terms. The second chapter deals with the teaching aspects of competitive ballroom dancing. It focuses in detail on dancing couple motivation, communication between trainers and couples and on trainer's roles. The third chapter deals with the structure of training units (parts and focus). The fourth chapter represents the core part of this work. Exploiting the above-mentioned theories, it designs a teaching methodology of competitive ballroom dancing for adult couples. The empiric research is complementary, and its aim is to investigate practical implementation of the theoretical knowledge in the field of competitive ballroom dancing.
