Bakalářská práce pojednává o motivaci učitelů středních škol k dalšímu profesnímu vzdělávání. Jejím hlavním cílem je zjistit, co učitele k dalšímu vzdělávání motivuje. Na základě teoretických poznatků odborné literatury nejprve vymezuje samotnou profesi učitele. Dále se zaměřuje na další vzdělávání učitelů u nás, jeho podoby a specifika. Poté se zabývá samotnou motivací učitelů k dalšímu vzdělávání. Poslední část bakalářské práce je věnována vlastnímu kvantitativnímu empirickému šetření realizovanému mezi učiteli středních škol v Ústeckém kraji. Dílčím cílem empirického šetření je identifikace faktorů, které motivaci učitelů k dalšímu vzdělávání ovlivňují. The main aim is to find out what motivates secondary school teachers for continuing education. On the basis of theoretical knowledge of professional literature, it first defines the profession of a teacher. It also focuses on further education of teachers in our country with its forms and specifics. Then it deals with the motivation of teachers for further education. The final part of the thesis is dedicated to the quantitative empirical survey among secondary school teachers in the Ústí Region. A partial objective of the survey is to identify factors that influence teachers' motivation for further education.
