Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tím, jak se utváří studentská identita vysokoškolských studentů, jejichž rodiče nemají vysokoškolské vzdělání. Cílem je zjistit, jakým způsobem reflektují své minulé a aktuální zkušenosti za účelem porozumět významům, jež připisují subjektivně důležitým rozhodnutím a zlomovým okamžikům souvisejícím s jejich vysokoškolským studiem, a zachytit procesy, jež hrají klíčovou roli v utváření jejich identity, se zaměřením na vliv podpory a zájmu rodiny. V teoretické části práce je představen koncept sociální třídy v psychologii a základní teorie sociální reprodukce a mobility ve vzdělávání. Dále jsou charakterizována specifika českého vzdělávacího systému, přičemž se zvláště zaměřuji na terciární vzdělávání, hodnoty předávané rodinou a školou a vysokoškolské studenty první generace. V neposlední řadě se věnuji identitě, jejímu vymezení z hlediska mainstreamové a sociálně konstruktivistické psychologie a jejímu utváření v období vynořující se dospělosti a v průběhu tranzice na vysokou školu. V empirické části byly ke sběru dat využity polostrukturované rozhovory. Získaná data jsou kvalitativně zpracována v interpretativní tradici prostřednictvím tematické analýzy. This bachelor thesis investigates how student identity of college students whose parents do not have university degree is constructed. Aim is to find out how they reflect their past and current experiences in order to understand the meanings they attribute to subjectively important decisions and breakthroughs in the context of university studies, and to capture processes that play a crucial role in constructing their identity focusing the influence of family support and interest. In the theoretical part, I introduced the concept of social class in psychology and the basic theories of social reproduction and mobility within education. Furthermore, the specifics of the Czech education system are characterized, with a particular focus on tertiary education, values gained by family and school, and first-generation university students. Last but not least, I deal with identity, its definition from the point of view of mainstream and social constructivist psychology and its formation in the period of emerging adulthood and during the transition to university.
