Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu ve Znojmě, který je umístěn v těsné blízkosti centra města. Jde o třípodlažní, částečně podsklepený objekt. Celkem se v bytovém domě nachází 10 bytů a 1 studio. V přízemí jsou navrženy 4 provozovny. Konstrukční systém je navržen jako zděný z cihelného systému Porotherm. Obvodové zdivo je zatepleno pomocí systému ETICS. Stropní konstrukce se skládá z prefabrikovaných panelů Spiroll. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno pomocí ploché střechy. The bachelor’s thesis aims to elaborate on the project documentation of the residential building in Znojmo, which is located close to the city center. It is a three-storey building with a partial basement. There are 10 apartments and 1 studio in total located in the residential building. There are 4 shops designed on the ground floor. The structural system of the building is designed as a masonry Porotherm system. Fasade is insulated with an external thermal insulation system (ETICS). The floor structure consists of a prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll. The roofing of the building is solved by a warm flat roof.
