Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoretických a praktických poznatků nalézt možné nedostatky v systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců společnosti MND a.s. a navrhnout možné změny pro zvýšení jeho efektivity. The main aim of my bachelor work is to present the effective educational system of the employees in MND company, a.s. , then find some possible shortcomings in this system and propose some changes of increase in efficiency.
