Název: Efekt zdravotně-tělovýchovného programu u mladých jedinců s ortopedickými vadami nohy Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zkoumat vliv cvičení na tvar a funkci nohy u mladých jedinců s ortopedickými vadami nohy, a to konkrétně s deformitami hallux valgus a kladívkové prsty. Metody: V rámci kvalitativní studie byl s pomocí kazuistik zkoumán efekt 4týdenního zdravotně-tělovýchovného (ZTV) programu u 3 osob s ortopedickými vadami nohy. Jednalo se o 1 muže a 2 ženy (věk 17-24 let) s ortopedickými vadami nohou (hallux valgus, kladívkové prsty, vysoká noha), vzniklými u všech zhruba kolem 10. roku. Cvičení ZTV programu trvalo 28 dní, probíhalo každý den v délce 15 minut a zahrnovalo senzorická i motorická cvičení. Metodami sběru dat při vstupním a výstupním vyšetření byly hodnocení aspekcí, palpací, funkční testy a vyšetření podoskopem, které bylo zopakováno i po 2 měsících po dokončení ZTV programu. Průběžné změny zaznamenávali probandi do deníku včetně vizuální analogové škály (VAS). Výsledky: Po 28denní intervenci došlo u 2 ze 3 probandů při sledování na podoskopu ke zmírnění koncentrace tlaku do přednoží, a tedy ke zlepšení rozložení váhy po celé plosce chodidla. Po 2 měsících od intervence došlo opět ke zhoršení nálezu. Podle deníkových záznamů ZTV program ovlivnil vnímání bolesti na VAS.... Title: Effects of the therapeutic physical education program on young people with orthopaedic foot defects Objectives: This undergraduate thesis is aimed to test the effect of exercise mainly on hallux valgus and hammertoes of young people with such defects. Methods: It is a qualitative study using the research method of a case study. The effect of the 4-week therapeutic physical education program was tasted on 3 people with orthopaedic foot defects. There were 1 male and 2 female probands aged between 17 and 24 years with orthopaedic foot defects (hallux valgus, hammertoes, high arch). In all three cases, the trouble started approximately at the age of 10. The therapeutic physical education program lasted 28 days for 15 minutes a day and included sensory and motorial exercises. The methods of data collection in the entry and exit examinations were assessment of aspection and palpation, functional tests, and examination on podoscope, which was repeated 2 months after finishing the therapeutic physical education program. Continuous changes were recorded by probands in the diary, including the Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Results: After 28-days of intervention, monitoring by the podoscope showed that the pressure on the front of the foot has been reduced in case of 2 out of the 3 probands. Weight...
