Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace. Cíle: Cílem této práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o amputacích dolních končetin a dále zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné amputace dolní končetiny ve stehně. Metody: Bakalářská práce sestává ze dvou částí, části obecné a speciální. V obecné části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky pojednávající o tématice amputací dolních končetin v souvislosti s onemocněním diabetes mellitus a se zaměřením na nadkolenní amputaci. Dále se obecná část věnuje fyzioterapii u amputací a protetice dolních končetin. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné amputace v oblasti stehna. Je zde popsána anamnéza, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky, výstupní vyšetření a v závěru zhodnocení efektu terapií. Výsledky: Kazuistika pacienta byla zpracována během dvou týdnů na přelomu ledna a února 2019 v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici Praha. Fyzioterapeutické postupy prováděné během terapií přispěly ke zlepšení stavu pacienta. Došlo k redukci otoku pahýlu, zvětšení rozsahu pohybu do extenze v P kyčelním kloubu, protažení zkrácených svalů, zvýšení svalové síly horních i dolních končetin, zlepšení postury ve stoji, zlepšení... Objectives: The aim of this work is a summary of theoretical knowledge about amputations of lower limbs and processing of case study of patient with the diagnosis of unilateral above - knee amputation. Methods: This bachelor thesis consist of two parts. The general part includes the literature review focused on the issue of amputations of lower limbs in relation to diabetes mellitus and its therapeutics and prosthetic options. Special part consists of case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of unilateral above - knee amputation. This part describes anamnesis, complex kinesiological examination, the course of each therapeutic unit and a final evaluation of therapeutic intervention. Results: This case study was created during two weeks at the turn of January and February 2019 in Ústřední vojenská nemocnice Praha. Physiotherapeutic procedures contributed to improve patient's condition. Edema of stump was reduced, extension in right hip joint increased, shortened muscles were stretched, muscle strength of higher and lower limbs increased, standing posture and gait improved.
