Autor: Jan Novák Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou spastická paraparéza na podkladě intradurálního meningeomu Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování teoretických poznatků diagnózy spastická paraparéza na podkladě intradurálního meningeomu a na jejich základě praktické vypracování postupu fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Závěrečná práce je tvořena dvěma částmi, z nichž je část teoretická zaměřena na anatomii páteře a míchy, na její fyziologii a patofyziologii. Dále pojednává o nádorových onemocněních míchy, jejich symptomatologii, diagnostice a léčbě. Praktická část se zaobírá kazuistikou konkrétní pacientky, zahrnující vstupní vyšetření, podrobný popis všech terapeutických jednotek a výstupní vyšetření se zhodnocením terapie. Tato část vznikla na rehabilitačním oddělení ve Fakultní nemocnici Královské Vinohrady v období 21. 1. 2019 - 15. 2. 2019. Výsledky: U pacientky došlo ke zlepšení zdravotního stavu ve smyslu zvýšení svalové síly DKK, rozsahů kloubů DKK, zlepšení zapojení svalů HSSP, kvality sedu, stoje a chůze, což je dále popsáno ve zhodnocení terapie. Terapii lze považovat za úspěšnou. Závěr: Bylo dosaženo předem stanovených cílů, vzhledem k dosaženým výsledkům byl prokázán pozitivní efekt zvolených terapeutických... Author: Jan Novák Title of thesis: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of the patient with a diagnosis of spastic paraparesis as a result of intradural meningioma Objective: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate theoretical knowledge about a spastic paraparesis as a result of intradural meningioma. The theoretical knowledges and findings were used as a base for creating proper physioterapeutical treatment for patients with diagnosis mentioned above. Methods: The thesis is devided into two parts, the theoretical part is aimed to spinal and spinal cord anatomy, its physiology and patophysiology. Moreover information about spinal cord tumors, their symptomatology, diagnostics and treatment are included. The practical part contains the case study of patient and includes in kinesiological analysis, detailed description of all the therapeutic units, out kinesiological analysis and the conclusion. This part gains its practical findings from specialized experience at rehabilitation department in Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady in period from 21st January to 15th February, 2019. Results: Patient's health condition has been improved. We could observe better muscle strenght and range of motion of lower extremities and participation of core muscles.
