cze Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of manager's personality and managerial techniques. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. Firstly, the basic concepts of management and managers are defined in the theoretical part. Next chapter of the theoretical part presents the manager as an individual and analyzes the typology of his personality based on the MBTI personality test. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the possibilities of managerial development, ie. how can one help to improve the performance of managers in their current positions and how can they be optimally prepared for higher functions, which are associated with greater responsibilities.
