Název práce: Komparace laktátových testů pro určení anaerobního prahu využívaných v cyklistice a triatlonu Cíl práce: Porovnat dva stupňované laktátové testy na cyklistickém ergometru, které stanovují anaerobní práh na základě laktátové křivky. Metodika: Pro komparaci jsme vybrali dva laktátové testy. První se používá v ČR již dlouho, jde o stupňovaný OBLA test, druhý je test používaný v zahraničí, Pro Endurance Test cycling. Porovnání jsme realizovali na skupině tří probandů různé výkonnosti. Pořadí testů bylo zvoleno náhodně s odstupem 10 dní. Jako software pro zpracování dat jsme využili programu Winlactat. Výsledky: Na základě naměřených výsledků můžeme konstatovat, že existují rozdíly mezi výsledky v obou testech. Jejich rozdíly však závisí na výkonnosti sportovců i samotných posuzovaných parametrech. První hypotéza se nepotvrdila z důvodu rozdílnosti některých hodnot, například u probanda č. 2 jsme zaznamenali rozdíl v hladině laktátu u aerobního zatížení o 31,8%. U výkonnostně slabšího probanda je rozdíl v hodnotách srdeční frekvence u aerobního prahu 8,5% a u anaerobního prahu 12, 2%. V tomto ohledu se potvrzuje naše druhá hypotéza vyššího procentního bodu, než je 5% u ANP. Ovšem rozdíl v anaerobním prahu u výkonu (watt) činí pouze 1,4% a právě tato skutečnost naši druhou hypotézu vyvrací.... Tittle: Comparison of methods for identification AT via lactate curve in cycling Objective: Comparison of two negative split lactate tests performed on the indoor cycling trainer that determine the anaerobic threshold based on the lactate curve. Methodology: We chose two specific lactate tests for the comparison. The first one has been used for very long time in Czech Republic and it is so called progressive OBLA test. The second test is performed rather abroad and it is Pro Endurance Test Cycling. We made the comparison in the group of three people each with different level of fitness. The order of the tests was chosen randomly with time difference of 10 days. We used the application called Winlactat as a software for processing our data. Results: We can state on the base of the data gained from our testing that there are differences between results in both tests. However, these differences are closely dependant on the fitness of sportsmen as well as on the concrete parameters that we were analyzing. The first hypothesis was not confirmed due to the difference between some values, e.g. the person number 2 had a significant difference in the value of lactate during the aerobic stress going up to 31,8%.
