Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychologickými aspekty období dospívání a rané dospělosti u osob se získaným tělesným postižením se zaměřením na paraplegii a kvadruplegii. Psychologických aspektů, které se váží k získané míšní lézi u osob v období dospívání a rané dospělosti, je mnoho. Tato práce se zaměřuje pouze na některé z nich. Na základě studia zahraničních i českých výzkumů, studií a nejnovějších poznatků práce popisuje vybrané okruhy jako například: copingové strategie využívané mladými paraplegiky a kvadruplegiky, jejich životní spokojenost a vliv participace ve společnosti na celkovou adaptaci na poranění. Také jsou zmíněny bariéry, které stojí na cestě jedince s postižením za začleněním se do společnosti. Práce pojednává o postižení jako o náročné životní situaci, jako o výzvě. V praktické části se zabýváme návrhem výzkumu zaměřeného na dívky v období dospívání se získanou paraplegií a kvadruplegií. Předmětem zkoumání bude kvalita života těchto dívek ve vztahu k různým proměnným. There are many psychological aspects that are related to the acquired spinal lesion of adolescents and early adulthood. This work focuses only on some of them. Based on the study of foreign and Czech researches, studies and latest findings, selected areas such as coping strategies used by young paraplegics and quadruplegics, their life satisfaction and the impact of their participation in society for overall adaptation to injuries are described. There are also mentioned the barriers that stand on the path of an individual with a disability to integrate into society. The thesis deals with disability as a difficult life situation and as a challenge. In the practical part, we are dealing with a proposal of research focused on adolescent girls with acquired paraplegia and quadruplegia.
