Bakalářská práce se věnuje rozhovorům s pracovníky, kteří dobrovolně odcházejí z organizace. V práci jsou identifikovány hlavní přínosy rozhovorů s odcházejícími pracovníky pro organizace, aspekty týkající se jejich podoby a průběhu i jejich možné limity. Součástí práce je smíšené empirické šetření, jehož účelem je zjistit, jakým způsobem jsou rozhovory s odcházejícími pracovníky v praxi realizovány, jak jsou organizacemi využívány a jakou s nimi mají pracovníci zkušenost. Cílem celé práce je na základě získaných poznatků o přínosech a limitech rozhovorů s odcházejícími pracovníky analyzovat potenciál jejich uplatňování pro organizace. Firstly the main benefits for organizations are identified, secondly the specific aspects of conducting the interview and associated particularities are described, thirdly the limits of the scope of this method are discussed. Part of the thesis is own empirical project aiming to acquire key insights into using this method in practice by investigating the perspective and experience of participating employees and employers with the exit interviews. The overall objective of the thesis is to analyze the potential of exit interviews for organizations through learning the main benefits and limits of the method.
