Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace návrhu bytového domu v obci Děrné. Jedná se o objekt se třemi nadzemními podlažími, ve kterých se nachází celkem 4 byty, z nichž jeden je řešen jako bezbariérový. Konstrukční systém je navržen jako zděný z cihelného systému Porotherm, kdy obvodové zdivo je zatepleno provětrávaným systémem zateplení fasády. Objekt je zastřešen plochou vegetační střechou. Součástí projektové dokumentace je také základní posouzení objektu z hlediska stavební fyziky. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of residental building in the village Děrné. It is a building with three above-ground floors in which there are in total 4 apartments, one of them is accessible. The construction system is designed as masonry Porotherm system. Facade is insulated with a ventilated facade insulation system. The building is covered with a flat green roof. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.
