Karolína Šenderová Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Porovnání fyzioterapeutických přístupů při léčbě poranění laterálních ligament hlezenního kloubu. Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o různých fyzioterapeutických přístupech při léčbě poranění laterálních ligament hlezenního kloubu. Konkrétně porovnává a hodnotí rozdíly mezi léčbou pomocí dlouhodobé fixace a funkční terapie při poranění vazů I. A II. stupně. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje základní informace o hlezenním kloubu. Zabývá se traumatologií měkkých struktur hlezna, především mechanismem vzniku poranění a jeho klasifikací, diagnostikou a výhodami a nevýhodami mezi dlouhodobou imobilizací a funkční terapií. Dále jsou zde zmíněny nejčastěji využívané metody a fyzioterapeutické přístupy, které dokáží výrazně ovlivnit stav pacienta. Nechybí zde kapitola o nestabilitě hlezna. Praktická část obsahuje metodologii práce, základní otázky, cíle, z nichž vyplývají kritéria pro výběr pacientů. Součástí je dotazník, který byl rozdán v České republice a Kanadě a dvě kazuistiky, přičemž u každé z nich byl zvolen jiný přístup léčby v akutním stádiu (imobilizace/funkční terapie). Karolína Šenderová Opponent: Title of bachelor thesis: Comparison of Physiotherapeutic Approaches to Treatment of Lateral Ligament Injuries of Ankle Joint Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with different physiotherapeutic approaches to treatment of lateral ligament injuries of ankle joint. Concretely, it compares and evaluates the differences between the treatment with long-term fixation and the functional therapy during I. and II. degree of ligament injuries. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of study gives basic informations about the ankle joint. It deals with traumatology of soft tissues of the ankle joint especially the mechanism of injury and its classification, diagnostics and advantages and disadvantages between long-term immobilization and functional therapy. The most frequently used methods and physiotherapeutic approaches, which have a great influence on patient's condition are also mentioned here. The section about instability of the ankle joint is included as well. The practical part of study contains a methodology, basic questions, goals from which criteria for selection of the patients arise.
