eng Abstract:
[eng][cze] NMR and CD studies on humanin peptides in aqueous solution and in the presence of trifluoroethyl alcohol (TFE) are reported. The findings showed high flexibility in aqueous environment and the ability to adopt a partial helical conformation in the more lipophilic medium of 30% TFE.Popsána NMR a CD studia peptidů typu humaninu ve vodném prostředí a v přítomnosti trifluoroetylalkoholu (TFE). Výsledky ukázaly vysokou flexibilitu ve vodném prostředí a schopnost zaujmout částečně helikální konformaci v lipofilnějším prostředí 30% TFE.
