V této práci se zabývám aktivitou České asociace sester, která by mohla mít souvislost s nespokojeností nelékařských pracovníků s touto asociací a jejím odlivem členské základny. Předním cílem této práce bylo tedy zjistit, jak vnímají nelékařští pracovníci aktivitu České asociace sester. Při zpracovávání této práce jsem čerpal z literatury zaměřené na historii organizování sester, postupný vznik České asociace sester a studium jejích aktivit. K vyřešení cíle výzkumu jsem využil kvantitativní výzkumnou metodu, kdy jsem pomocí elektronického a listinného dotazníku oslovil respondenty z řad nelékařských pracovníků. Výsledky šetření skutečně naznačily, že negativní postoj nelékařských pracovníků k České asociaci sester souvisí s její aktivitou a prezentací. Výsledky této práce by mohly posloužit asociaci k sebereflexi a k možnému řešení příčin fluktuace členské základny a znovuzískání důvěry nelékařských pracovníků. In this thesis I deal with the theme of The Czech nursing association's activity that could relate to a dissatisfaction of non-medical healthcare workers with this association and its drop in a member base. The main aim of this thesis is to find out how non-medical healthcare workers perceive the activity of this association. While working on this thesis I draw inspiration from literature focused on the history of nursing organizations, a steady development of The Czech nursing association and its activities. To solve the aim of this research I ran a quantitative research method of electronic and paper questionnaires that were sent out to several of non-medical healthcare workers. Results of this thesis suggest that the negative attitude of non-medical healthcare workers to The Czech nursing association's activities indeed relate to its activity and presentation. Outcomes of this thesis could serve as a self-reflection and a potential way on how to deal with a cause of a fluctuation of members of this association and regain the confidence of non-medical healthcare workers.
