Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na poskytování terénní zdravotně sociální péči o seniory v Týně nad Vltavou. Zpracovává informace, které se týkají jak uživatelů, tak poskytovatelů těchto služeb. Práce je členěna na dvě části. Část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce charakterizuje stárnutí, stáří a změny, které jsou spjaty se stářím. Dále nám objasňuje demografickou situací v ČR a sociální služby. V poslední teoretické části jsou definovány konkrétní terénní zdravotně sociální služby o seniory v Týně nad Vltavou. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak jsou senioři subjektivně spokojeni s výkonem a úrovní zdravotně sociálních služeb v Týně nad Vltavou. Pro získání informací ke stanovené problematice jsem použila metodiku kvalitativního výzkumu - technika polořízeného rozhovoru a analýzu osobních dokumentů uživatelů. Polořízené rozhovory byly provedeny se sedmi uživateli terénních zdravotně sociálních služeb s různým stupněm závislosti. Pro ucelení problematiky byly provedeny polořízené rozhovory se čtyřmi zaměstnanci z vybraných sociálních služeb v Týně nad Vltavou. K analýze osobních dokumentů klientů jsem použila záznamy domácí zdravotní péče, kde již přes deset let pracuji. Rozhodujícím faktorem o využití nabízených služeb je výše příspěvku na péči. Výsledkem této práce bylo zjištění, že s pomocí poskytování terénní zdravotně sociálně péče, nedošlo ke snížení kvality života seniorů v jejich přirozeném sociálním prostředí. This thesis is focused on providing field health social care for the elderly in Týn nad Vltavou. It process information in regards to users as well as providers of these services. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part characterizes aging, old age and changes associated with it. It further clarifies the demographic situation in the Czech Republic and its social services. In the last theoretical part are defined specific field health social services for the elderly in Týn nad Vltavou. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to find out how subjectively are elderly citizens satisfied with quality and services provided in health and social services in Týn nad Vltavou. To obtain information on the issues set, I used a qualitative methodology a technique of a semi-controlled interview and an analysis of user's personal documents. The semi-controlled interviews were conducted with seven users of various degrees of interdependence. For further clarity, I conducted four interviews with employees of selected social services in Týn nad Vltavou. For the completion of the issue were conducted semi-controlled interviews with four employees from selected social services in Týn nad Vltavou. To analyze clients' personal documents, I used the records of home health care, where I have been working for over ten years. The decisive factor for the use of the services offered is the amount of care allowance. The result of this study was to determine that with the provision of field health and social care quality of life of older persons in their natural social environment was not reduced.
