[cze][eng] V této práci jsem se nejprve zaměřila na definování pojmů stárnutí, stáří a senior. Především se zde zabývám zdravím a životním stylem ve stáří, konkrétně výběrem několika sociálních determinant zdraví, které ovlivňují život seniorů. Dále popisuji, jak by starší generace měla pečovat o své zdraví v oblastech výživy, pohybu, spánku, psychické pohody a způsobech zvládání stresu. V souvislosti se zdravým a aktivním stárnutím je v práci psáno také o důležitosti sociálních služeb, které seniorům mohou pomoci řešit jejich náročnou životní situaci ať už z důvodů sociálních, ekonomických či zdravotních. Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem stanovila dva cíle výzkumu. Prvním cílem bylo zmapovat životní styl jako sociální determinantu zdraví ve stáří. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit, zda a jakým způsobem seniorky pečují o své zdraví. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce se týká životního stylu seniorů žijících v domácím prostředí na Trhovosvinensku. Pro zjištění potřebných informací byl použit kvalitativní výzkum, metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Pro výzkumné šetření bylo vybráno pět komunikačních partnerek ve věku 65+ a to metodou Snowball sampling. Získaná data byla zpracována metodou vytváření trsů, kdy jednotlivá data byla rozdělena do skupin na základě podobnosti výroků, které se vztahovaly k jednotlivým okruhům. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že oslovené seniorky mají určité povědomí o zdravém životním stylu v oblasti pohybu, spánku, psychické pohody, zvládání stresu a výživy. Avšak výsledky šetření ukazují především na nedostatky v oblasti stravování, jelikož třem seniorkám z pěti hrozí riziko podvýživy. Dotazované seniorky si nejvíce cení svých rodin a dobrých vztahů s jejich blízkými. Potřebují cítit, že je má stále někdo rád a mohou se na ně obrátit, kdykoliv je to zapotřebí. Pokud rodina a přátelé nemají čas, seniorky se mohou obrátit na Pečovatelskou službu Ledax, o.p.s. v Trhových Svinech, která jim např. doveze obědy nebo je doprovodí k lékaři. Bylo zjištěno, že na Trhovosvinensku chybí služby, které by seniorky využívaly ve svém volném čase a setkávaly se tak se svými přáteli při nejrůznějších činnostech. Za takovými službami musí jet do Českých Budějovic, kde je nabídka služeb pro seniory na vyšší úrovni. At first, I focused on defining the concepts of ageing, old age and senior, in this work. Above all, I deal with health and lifestyle in old age, namely the choice of several social determinants of health, which influence the senior´s lives. I also describe by which way the older generation should taka care of their health in the areas of nutrition, motion, sleep, mental well-being and ways of coping with stress. In connection with healthy and active ageing, there is also written about importance of social services, which can help seniors with solving their difficult life situation, wheter due to social, economical or health reason. I have chosen two targets of the research for my bachelor thesis. The first one was to map the lifestyle as a social determinant of health in old age. The second one was to find out, wheter and by which way the seniors take care of their health. The research part of the bachelor thesis relates to the lifestyle of seniors living at home in Trhosvinensko. To determine the needed information, there was used qualitative research, question method of questioning and semi-structured interview technique. For the research survery, there were chosen five comunicative partners in age 65+, namely by the Snowball sampling method. Reached data were processed by the clustering method, in which individual data were divided into group based on the simillarity of the statements, which wer related to particular topics. The research has shown, that the asked seniors have some awareness of a healthy lifestyle in the areas of motion, sleep, mental well-being, stress management and nutrition. However, the survey results point primarily out to shortages in nutrition, because 3 of 5 seniors are at risk of malnutrition. Interviewed seniors appreciate their family and good relations with their close friends the most. They need to feel that they are still loved and can contact them whenever needed. If the family or the friends don´t have time, thay can contact the Care service Ledax, o.p.s. in Trhové Sviny, which, for example, can bring them lunch or accompany them to the doctor. In Trhosvinensko, there was found, that there are missing services, which would the seniors utilize in their free time and meet with their friends in various activities. For these services they have to go to České Budějovice, where the offer of the services is on a higher level.
