cze Abstract:
The theme of the bachelor's thesis is the base of Karl Löw in Helenin. The thesis describes not only the history of the factory complex and its representative part from 1919, but also the current appearance of the building, which is being maintained and used by the Secondary School of Art and Industry in Jihlava Helenin at present time. The thesis also outlines the transformations of the building, which always reflected the current needs. In addition to the building history, the thesis describes the style and formal characteristics, scope of knowledge and taste of the builder. Although no plans of the representative premises in Helenin have been preserved, the thesis mentions several possible architects.
