[cze][eng] Endokrinologická ambulance je specializované odborné pracoviště, které se věnuje diagnostice a léčbě onemocnění žláz s vnitřní sekrecí. Endokrinologickou ambulanci navštěvují děti, muži i ženy jakéhokoli věku. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat náplň práce sestry v endokrinologické ambulanci. V návaznosti na tento cíl byla stanovena výzkumná otázka, která zněla: Jaké existují zvláštnosti v náplni práce v endokrinologické ambulanci? Empirická část byla zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, kdy byl sběr dat získán technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Rozhovory probíhaly na podkladě osmnácti předem připravených otázek se šesti sestrami pracujícími v endokrinologických ambulancích. Při uskutečňování rozhovorů u 3 respondentek bylo užito ručního přepisu, z důvodu nesouhlasu dotazovaných s nahráváním na diktafon. Další 3 respondentky uskutečnily rozhovor přes email, z důvodu nemožnosti se setkat pro velkou vzdálenost. Podmínkou výzkumného šetření bylo ujištění, že bude zachována jejich anonymita dotazovaných. Zjistili jsme, že sestry pracující v této ambulanci mají za úkol nejen správný chod ambulance, ošetřovatelské činnosti, administrativní činnost, ale zároveň musí zaujímat i určité role a podílejí se na edukaci. Vzdělávání se sestrám v endokrinologických ambulancích dostává pomocí odborných seminářů, odborné publikace či si vyhledávají doplňující informace na internetu. Stres vzniká nejčastěji z důvodu zvýšeného počtu pacientů, zvýšeného množství telefonátů nebo špatné náladě lékaře. Mezi nejčastější projevy stresu patří únava a nervozita. Vyplívají dvě zjištění, pozitivní i negativní. V rámci pozitivního zjištění můžeme říci, že sestry v endokrinologických ambulancích poskytují dostatečnou ošetřovatelskou činnost, zvládají zároveň zastávat několik rolí a jsou dostatečně vzdělávány. Negativní zjištění se týká nedostatečnému předávání informací pacientům při časové tísni. Dalším negativním faktem je stres, který může způsobit situaci, při níž není zajištěna kvalitní a odborná ošetřovatelská péče. Endocrinological ambulance is a specialized professional workplace, which pursues diagnosis and treatment of endocrine glands diseases. Endocrinological ambulance is used by children, men and women of any age. The goal of this bachelor thesis was to map the nurse's work load at the endocrinological ambulance. A research question, which asks: "What particularities exist in the work load of an endocrinological ambulance?" was determined in connection with this goal. The empirical part was compiled through the method of a qualitative research survey, in which the data were collected using the technique of semi-structured interviews. The interviews with six nurses working at endocrinological ambulances took place based on eighteen questions prepared in advance. Because of some respondents' disapproval concerning dictation machine recording, manual transcription was used during the implementation of interviews with three of the nurses. Another three respondents carried out the interview over email due to the impossibility of meeting caused by a great distance. The research survey's condition was an assurance of preserving respondents' anonymity. We found out that the work load of nurses working in this kind of ambulance consists not only of the proper running of the ambulance, nursing activities and administrative activities, but also of covering certain roles and partaking on education. The education of nurses at endocrinological ambulances is mediated through professional seminars, publications or nurses search additional information on the Internet. Most often, stress arises in response to an increased number of patients, phone calls or the physicians' bad temper. The most usual manifestations of stress are weariness and nervousness. Two conclusions ensue, a negative and a positive one. Within the positive finding we can state that nurses of endocrinological ambulances provide sufficient nursing activity, they manage to assume multiple roles and are adequately educated. The negative conclusion concerns an unsatisfactory transmission of information to patients during the time pressure. Next there is the cause of stress, which can lead to a situation when the quality and professional nursing care is not secured.
