[cze][eng] Název: Prevence pohybových poruch v posilovacím tréninku. Cíl: Rozbor vybraných posilovacích cviků na základě teoretického přehledu s následným návrhem korektivní varianty pro prevenci pohybových poruch. Metody: Práce má povahu kvalitativní studie, pro její vypracování jsme využili formu teoreticko-kritické analýzy. Jedná se o sestavení přehledu dostupné literatury všeho druhu vydané k danému tématu. Na základě teoretických poznatků byl následně proveden rozbor vybraných posilovacích cvičení a navržena korektivní varianta provedení pro prevenci pohybových poruch. Ke všem cvikům v praktické části byly pořízeny fotografie pro srovnání chybné a korektivní varianty. Methods: The final thesis has the character of a qualitative study. For its elaboration have been used the form of a theoretic-critical analysis. It is an overview of available literature of all kinds published on the topic. Based on the theoretical knowledge, an analysis of selected strength exercises was carried out and a possible correction for the movement disorders prevention was created.
