Bakalářská práce sleduje současný mezinárodní přehled stavu a reforem nemocenského pojištění v členských státech Evropské unie. Práce se zabývá aktuálním stavem dávek v nemoci, mateřství, otcovství a při ošetřování člena rodiny v jednotlivých členských státech Evropské unie. Jsou zde uvedeny podmínky nároku na dávky, výše platby, podpůrčí a karenční doby. Toto je zpracováno z pohledu zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatelů. Větší pozornost je zaměřena na podmínky v České republice a srovnání s členskými státy Evropské unie. Při vypracování této práce bylo především využito analýzy a porovnání. Závěrem bude naznačeno, jaké mezinárodní zkušenosti by bylo vhodné aplikovat při reformě nemocenského pojištění v České republice. This bachelor work observes present international survey of state and reforms in health insurance system in member states of the European Union. The work deals with current situation of sickness pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and financial support for caring of family member in member states of the European Union. There are introduced conditions for claim on payment, amount of payment, duration of supporting and waiting period. This is elaborated from views of employees and employers. Bigger attention is aimed for conditions in the Czech Republic a comparison with states of the European Union. I used analysis and comparison during working on this work. In conclusion, there will be showed which international experience would be appropriate to use for reform of healthy insurance in the Czech Republic.
