V bakalářské práci na téma faktory ovlivňující kapitálové výdaje obcí je cílem zhodnotit kapitálové výdaje všech obcí České republiky z hlediska výše, dynamiky, struktury a financování. Pro analýzu všech obcí je použita časová řada od roku 2006 až do roku 2016. Dále je provedena analýza kapitálových výdajů vybraného vzorku obcí (obce kraje Vysočina), přičemž pozornost je věnována hledání faktorů, které tyto výdaje ovlivňují. Obce kraje Vysočina jsou analyzovány za období 2010 až 2016. Bylo stanoveno celkem 8 faktorů, které by mohly ovlivňovat kapitálové výdaje obcí kraje Vysočina. Závislost mezi vysvětlovanou proměnnou (kapitálové výdaje na jednoho obyvatele) a vysvětlující proměnnou (jednotlivé faktory) se zkoumala pomocí regresní analýzy panelových dat. The main aim of this bachelor thesis (Factors Influencing Municipal Capital Expenditure) is to evaluate the capital expenditures of all municipalities of the Czech Republic in terms of amount, dynamics, structure and financing. The time series from 2006 to 2016 is used for the analysis of all municipalities. The analysis of the capital expenditures of a selected sample of municipalities (Vysočina municipalities) is also carried out, with attention being paid to the search for factors affecting these expenditures. The municipalities of the Vysočina region are analysed for the period from 2010 to 2016. A total of 8 factors were identified, whereas they could influence the capital expenditures of the Vysočina municipalities. The dependence between the explained variable (capital expenditure per capita) and the explanatory variable (individual factors) is examined using regression analysis of panel data.
