Diplomová práce se zabývá zkušenostmi dospělé populace s nekonvenční medicínou. Práce je koncipovaná na dvě části. První část je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení problematiky a seznámení s pojmy, druhá část je výzkumná. Teoretická část je rozdělena do několika podkapitol. První se zabývá nekonvenční medicínou. Je zde popsán historický kontext od pravěku po současnost. Dále problematika a úskalí dnešní medicíny i její komplementární existence. V další části jsou popsány diagnostické, terapeutické a svépomocné metody alternativní (nekonvenční) medicíny. Praktická část mapuje zkušenosti dospělé populace s nekonvenční medicínou, zdravotní problémy, pro které danou léčbu vyhledávají. Dále zjišťuje druh zvolené terapie a motivaci pro její volbu. Mapuje také subjektivní úspěšnost v léčbě. Výzkum v praktické části je prováděn kvantitativně a to metodou anonymního dotazníku. This diploma thesis deals with the experience of adult population with unconventional medicine. The thesis is conceived in two parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical definition of problems and familiarization with terms, the second part is research. The theoretical part is divided into several subchapters. The first is dealing with unconventional medicine. It describes the historical context from prehistoric times to present. Furthermore, the problems and pitfalls of today's medicine and its complementary existence. Diagnostic, therapeutic and self-help methods of alternative (unconventional) medicine are described in the next part. The practical part maps the experience of the adult population with unconventional medicine, the health problems for which the treatment is sought. It also identifies the type of therapy chosen and the motivation for choosing it. It also maps subjective success in treatment. The research in the practical part is done quantitatively by the anonymous questionnaire method.
