Práce se zabývá vlivem zátěže na variabilitu srdeční frekvence, popisem mechanismů, ovlivnění změn tepu, reakcí na zátěž. Je zde zpracován přehled metod, používaných pro hodnocení variability srdeční frekvence. V další části jsou zpracována získaná data a je popsána navržená metoda pomocí spektrálních výkonů, popis vytvořeného algoritmu, prezentace výsledků. This work examines the influence of load on heart rate variability, and a description of the mechanisms influencing changes in heart rate, response to load. There is a review of methods used to assess heart rate variability. In another part the data of the measurement are processed and described the proposed method using spectral power, generated by the algorithm description, presentation of results.
