Tématem této bakalářské práce je adaptace dětí na nové prostředí jako potenciální stresový faktor v práci učitelek mateřských škol. Práce zkoumá pět oblastí, které mohou způsobovat stres učitelkám při práci s novými dětmi během adaptačního období, a popisuje copingové strategie, které učitelky používají, aby se s tímto stresem vyrovnaly. Očekávanými stresovými faktory jsou: problematické projevy dětí, zažívaný tlak vedení, kolegyň a rodičů na rychlejší či hladší průběh procesu adaptace a nedostatek času a prostoru na vhodnou péči o nové děti a na komunikaci s jejich rodiči. Šetření v praktické části práce využívá polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s učitelkami z mateřských škol. Analýza dat se snaží nalézt tematické vzorce objevující se ve výpovědích respondentek. The topic of the bachelor thesis is children's adaptation to the nursery school education as a stress factor for the teachers. The thesis examines five areas which may cause stress to the teachers working with newly come children during the adaptation period and describes strategies teachers employ in order to cope with the stress. The expected stress factors are: children's problematic behavior, school management, colleague and parental pressure exacting fast and smooth adaptation process and lack of time for an appropriate care of the newly come children and for communication with their parents. The inquiry in the practical part of the thesis consists of semi-structured interviews with nursery school teachers. The data analysis tries to identify thematic patterns occurring in the respondents' statements.
