Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem procesu zprostředkování léčby závislosti v terapeutické komunitě z pohledu pracovníků vybraného nízkoprahového zařízení. Práce si klade za cíl pojmenovat, co celý proces ovlivňuje, jak pracovníci vnímají terapeutické komunity v léčebném systému, co ví o jejich specifikách, jak provázejí klienta před nástupem na léčbu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na formulování přístupů při práci s klientem - případová práce, motivační rozhovory, matching, sociální práce. Dále je zde obecně charakterizované nízkoprahové zařízení, terapeutická komunita a adiktologické poradenství. Tato pasáž shrnuje dosavadní poznatky, které byly v oblasti práce s klientem učiněny. V praktické části je použito kvalitativní metody výzkumu, závěrečné výstupy jsou získány prostřednictvím rozhovorů s jasně danou strukturou umožňující však doplňujcí odpovědi. Bakalářská práce má posloužit k odhalení příležitostí a hrozeb na cestě klienta k úzdravě a k popisu skutečností, proč se nedaří klienty efektivně dostávat do léčby v terapeutické komunitě. Práce ukázala, že pracovníci vědí, jak postupovat v procesu přípravy klienta na léčbu v terapeutické komunitě, dále mohu konstatovat, že v jistém ohledu se pracovníci podílejí na klientově zájmu či nezájmu o zprostředkování léčby závislosti. This bachelor thesis deals with a description of the process of mediating the treatment of dependence in a therapeutic community from the point of view of employees who work in the selected low-threshold center. The goal of the thesis is: to describe what the whole process affects, how these employees perceive therapeutic communities in the Czech health care system, what the employees know about specifics of teraupeutic communities and how they accompany a client before entering his/her treatment. The theoretical part formulates approaches of the work with a client, such as: case work, motivational interviews, matching and social work. This part also generally characterizes a low- threshold center as well as a therapeutic community and addictological counseling. In this passage, we can find a summarization of the experinces acquired from the field working with a client. The practical part is built on the field work of which final outputs are based on interviews with a clearly defined structure with complementary answers. The bachelor thesis aims to reveal opportunities and threats of a client when he/she struggles to recover. The study also describes the fact why clients cannot effectively get into a treatment in a therapeutic community. The results of the work show that workers know how to proceed...
