Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postoji sociálních pracovníků k lidem s odlišnou sexuální orientací. Blíže je zaměřena na přiosvojení, adopci a práci sociálních pracovníků s touto cílovou skupinou. Práce vymezuje základní pojmy: homosexualitu, LGBT komunitu, homofobii, diskriminaci, poslání a cíl sociální práce, náhradní rodinnou péči, homosexuální rodičovství a výchovu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké jsou postoje sociálních pracovníků k lidem s odlišnou sexuální orientací. Této části se věnuji v šesté kapitole, kde je popsáno, jaké jsou postoje sociálních pracovníků k lidem s odlišnou sexuální orientací a jak na tuto problematiku nahlíží. This bachelor thesis deals with social workers' approach to people with different sexual orientation. More specifically, this thesis is focused on LGBT adoption, adoption and social workers' work with this target group. The thesis defines the basic terms, such as homosexuality, LGBT community, homophobia, discrimination, the mission and the aims of social work, custody, LGBT parenting and upbringing. The goal of this thesis is to find out, what is the social workers' approach to people with different sexual orientation. The outcome of my research on social workers' perception and approach is described in the chapter six.
