eng Abstract:
[eng][cze] Germ-free pigs were orally infected with 108 CFU of E.coli bacteria for 24 hours - either with a non-pathogenic O86 strain or with an enteropathogenic O55 strain. Both microbes translocated into the gut and mesenteric lymph nodes of gnotobiotic pigs and values of IL-8 and IL-10 correlated with bacterial virulenceBezmikrobní selata byla orálně infikována 108 CFU E.coli po dobu 24 hodin nepatogenním kmenem O86 nebo patogenním kmenem O55. Oba kmeny translokovaly do střeva a mezenteriálních lymfatických uzlin gnotobiotických selat a hodnoty IL-8 a IL-10 korelovaly s bakteriální virulencí
