Název práce: Porovnání efektivity jednodobého a dvoudobého bruslení asymetrického v běhu na lyžích. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je porovnání dvou lyžařských běžeckých technik, oboustranného bruslení jednodobého a oboustranného bruslení dvoudobého asymetrického, na základě efektivity jízdy. Metody: Práce je zpracována jako případová studie. Jedná se o kvantitativní výzkum, prováděný na základě porovnání doby zatížení a hodnot srdeční frekvence při bruslení na lyžích u šesti probandů různých věkových skupin. Porovnávány byly hodnoty naměřené při jízdě dvěma způsoby bruslení na třech typech stoupání. V práci jsme využili také metodu analýzy dokumentů a rozhovor. Výsledky: Pomocí měření doby zatížení a hodnot srdeční frekvence byl zjištěn rozdíl mezi bruslením oboustranným jednodobým a bruslením oboustranným dvoudobým asymetrickým. Při zpracování výsledků jsme dospěli k tomu, že oboustranné bruslení jednodobé je efektivnější v mírném stoupání u všech tří kategorií a ve středním stoupání jen u juniorů a mužů. V prudkém stoupání se ukázalo u všech tří kategorií jako efektivnější oboustranné bruslení dvoudobé asymetrické. Objectives: The aim of my work is to compare two skiing techniques, One skate (V2) and Offset (V1) on the basis of driving efficiency in these skating methods. Methods: Work is treated as a case study. This is a quantitative research performed on the basis of comparison of load time and heart rate values during skating at six probands of different age groups. The values measured when driving with two types of skating were compared on three types of climbing. We also used the method of document analysis and interview. Results: By measuring the load time and heart rate values, the difference between One Skate (V2) and Offset (V1) was found. When processing the results, we have come to the conclusion that One Skate (V2) is more effective in a moderate climb in all three categories and in the middle climb only for juniors and men.
