Předmětem diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty akciové společnosti Znovín Znojmo pomocí metody diskontovaných peněžních toků a metody ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Literární rešerše představuje pomocí dostupné literatury a teoretických poznatků problém oceňování podniku. V praktické části se nachází dostupné údaje o zmíněné společnosti, strategická analýza odvětví, finanční analýza firmy a samotné oceňování. Práci uzavírá autorčino doporučení a návrhy nutné ke zlepšení situace, zároveň se zaměřuje na prognózu dalšího vývoje společnosti. This work present business valuation of Znovín Znojmo, Co with Discounted Cash Flowx and with Economic Value Added. A literature search using the available literature and theoretical knowledge valuation problem. The practical part is available, details of the said company, the strategic analysis, financial analysis and business valuation itself. Author's analysis concludes with recommendations and proposals necessary to improve the situation, while focusing on the prognosis of further development of the company.
