Bakalářská práce, Brno 2016 Tato bakalářská práce zachycuje dlouhodobý konflikt mezinárodního charakteru mezi Tureckem a Kyperskou republikou, kde popisuje spor v historických souvislostech, definuje problém samotný, analyzuje jeho dopady na politické postavení Kyperské a Turecké republiky, srovnává jejich postoje v jednotlivých aspektech a reflektuje nedávné pokusy o vyřešení této otázky prostřednictvím neúspěšného Annanova plánu. Z důvodu stálého přetrvávání sporu je cílem této práce zjistit a analyzovat jeho možná řešení s příčinami i důsledky na základě nedávných a současných jednání vládních orgánů a rozhovorů s velvyslanci Kyperské a Turecké republiky, vyjadřující aktuální postoje obou národů k vyřešení sporu, nebo alespoň cesty k jeho zmírnění. Comparison of approaches of The Republic of Cyprus and Turkish Republic in the Cyprus Problem. Bachelor thesis, Brno 2016 This thesis reflects long-standing conflict of an international character between Turkey and the Republic of Cyprus, where it describes the problem in historical context, defines the problem itself, analyzes the impact on the political status of The Republic of Cyprus and the Turkish Republic, compares their positions in various aspects and reflects recent attempts to resolve this question through the failed Annan plan. Because of the constant persistence of the problem, the aim of this study is to identify and analyze other possible solutions with its causes and consequences based on recent and current actions of governmental authorities and also via the interview with the ambassadors of the Republic of Cyprus and The Republic of Turkey that are expressing the current position of both nations to resolve the dispute.
