Diplomová práce s názvem Analýza a návrh komunikace projektu Study in Prague se zaměřuje na problematiku komunikace k zahraničním studentům. Study in Prague je projekt pěti pražských veřejných vysokých škol, jejichž společným cílem je zvýšení počtu zahraničních studentů ve svých cizojazyčných programech právě pomocí společné marketingové komunikace. Cílem práce, který navazuje na snahu tohoto projektu, je analyzovat jeho současnou komunikaci a navrhnout její vylepšení. Pro volbu vhodné komunikace je v práci využito situační analýzy, SWOT analýzy, Benchmarkingu i vlastního terénního šetření formou Focus Group. V samotném návrhu je pak největší důraz kladen na digitální komunikaci, která je pro cílovou skupinu mladých studentů tím nejvhodnějším nástrojem a dokáže ji efektivně zasáhnout přímo v jejím přirozeném prostředí. The Master´s Thesis Communication analysis and proposal of the Study in Prague project is focused on the issue of communication to international students. Study in Prague is a project of five Prague public universities, whose common goal is to increase the number of international students in their foreign language programs through joint marketing communications. The goal of this thesis follows the effort of this project as it aims to analyse its current communication and to propose its potential changes and improvements. In order to choose an appropriate communication, the thesis is applying a situation analysis, SWOT analysis, Benchmarking and an own field survey in the form of Focus Group. In the proposal, there is the emphasis on digital communications, which is the most appropriate tool for the given target group of young students.
