Předmětem této bakalářské práce je metoda standardních nákladů a analýza odchylek, která je potřebná pro řízení a kontrolování nákladů. Poskytuje informace pro manažery o rozdílu mezi skutečným a požadovaným stavem. V první části je popsána teorie této metody, kde se zkoumají standardy a následná analýza odchylek. Ve druhé části se bakalářská práce zabývá společností, která je součástí nadnárodního koncernu. Tato společnost vyrábí a konstruuje elektronické prvky. Autorka v této práci zkoumá, jak podnik tuto metodu aplikuje a dále analyzuje odchylky. Na základě zkoumání v závěrečné části práce navrhuje možná zlepšení v této metodě. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the method of standard costing and analysis of variances, that are both necessary for management and controlling of costs. It provides managers with information about the difference between actual and required state. The first part describes the theory of this method, where standard and subsequent analysis of variances are examined. In the second part, the bachelor thesis deals with company, that is part of a multinational concern. This company manufactures and designs electronic components. The author examines how the company applies the mentioned method and further analyzes the variances. Based on the results of the previous part, the author suggest possible improvements of this method.
