Článek se zabývá obecnou problematikou historických fondů s ohledem na existenci historických fondů s konkrétních lokalitách, zde v aplikaci na Vědeckou knihovnu v Olomouci. Připomíná růst jejího historického fondu, závěrem jsou připomenuty současné problémy s jejich počítačovým zpracováním. The article deals with a general problem of historical fonds with regard to an existence of historical fonds in particular localities, here in application to Vědecká knihovna Olomouc. It mentions the growth of its historical fond; at the end current problems with their computer processing are mentioned.
