Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem pedagogických pracovníků, konkrétně jeho podporou. Cílem práce je tedy zjistit, jak je zakotvena podpora rozvoje pedagogických pracovníků ve strategických dokumentech vzdělávání a jak ji řeší vybrané přímo řízené organizace MŠMT. Teoretická část diplomové práce popisuje rozvoj pedagogických pracovníků ve všech formách, a to jak na úrovni nutného formálního vzdělávání, tak i na úrovni potřeby dalšího vzdělávání a propojuje ho s legislativou a vzdělávací politikou, která se v současné době zaměřuje na kvalitu vzdělávání nejen v České republice, ale i v globálním měřítku. Tato práce seznamuje čtenáře se strategickými dokumenty ČR z oblasti vzdělávání a se strukturou institucí zabývající se rozvojem těchto pracovníků. V rámci praktické části je provedena analýza vybraných strategických dokumentů vzdělávání a je zde realizováno výzkumné šetření za pomocí rozhovoru ve vybraných organizacích MŠMT. Na základě této analýzy a následného výzkumného šetření, odpovídá diplomová práce na důležité otázky týkající se podpory rozvoje pedagogických pracovníků v České republice a navrhuje další možná řešení. The aim is to find out how is enshrined this support for the development of teaching staff in strategic documents and how it solves selected organizations directly managed by the Ministry of Education. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the development of teaching staff in all forms, at the level of needed formal education and at the level of further training of teachers and interconnect it with legislation and education policy, which is currently focusing on the quality of education in the Czech Republic, but also globally. This thesis describes the strategic planning documents and the structure of institutions engaged in the development of these workers. In the practical part is realized a content analysis of selected strategic documents and is realized research using interview in selected organizations the Ministry of Education. Based on this analysis and research this thesis answers on the important issues of support for the development of teachers in the Czech Republic and suggests other possible solutions.
