Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby rodinného domu s provozem veterinární ordinace, v souladu se stávajícími právními předpisy a technickými normami. Práce řeší dispozici budovy s návrhem vhodné konstrukční soustavy a nosného systému s použitím přijatelných materiálů, se záměrem začlenění stavby do stávající okolní zástavby rodinných domů v okrajové části města Chomutova. Bakalářská práce také posuzuje budovu z hlediska stavební fyziky. Ověřuje tepelně technické a zvukově izolační vlastnosti konstrukcí z navrhnutých materiálů a posuzuje je s požadavky normových hodnot. My bachelor‘s work occupies with project documentation for building of family house with operation a vet surgery, with conformity of legal regulation and technical standards. My work solves the buildings dispositions with proposal of right construction system and supporting system with using right materials, important for me was the integration into near built-up area of family houses on the periphery of town. My bachelor’s work evaluates the building from the point of view of building physics. It verifies warm-technical and sound-isolating properties of constructions, from the suggested materials and it verifies the materials with standards values.
