Byl studován vliv ionizujícího záření na stabilitu specifického komplexu mezi DNA nesoucí estrogenový responsivní element a proteinem estrogenovým receptorem. Protein ozářený samostatně není schopen tvořit komplex s neozářenou DNA při mnohem nižších dávkách než při kterých je poškozen celý komplex. Teoretický model RADACK byl použit pro výpočty výtěžků poškození v DNA a proteinu. The influence of ionizing radiation on the stability of specific complex between DNA bearing estrogen response element and estrogen receptor protein. Protein irradited alone loses its ability to form the complex with nonirradiated DNA at much lower doses than these when the whole complex is destroyed. Theoretical model RADACK has been applied to calculate yields of damages within DNA and protein.
