Název: Četnost a možnosti řešení amputací dolních končetin Cíle: Podat přehled o příčinách a druzích amputací dolních končetin Na základě dat vyhodnotit počty vykonaných amputací. Ukázat a zhodnotit možnosti řešení protetického vybavení pacientů u různých příčin amputace dolní končetiny. Metody: Základem teoretické části je literární rešerše. V praktické části jsou data zpracována do grafů. Kazuistiky jsou vytvořeny na základě odborné konzultace s protetikem. Výsledky: Ze zpracovaných grafů je zřejmý nárůst amputací dolních končetin, zejména u pacientů s onemocněním diabetes mellitus. Naopak se snižuje počet pacientů s amputací následkem traumatické události. Goals:To give an overview of causes and types of amputations. To evaluate the number of performed amputations that are based on data from. To demonstrate and evaluate possible solutions of prosthetic equipment for patients with different causes of amputations of lower limbs. Methods: The basis of a theoretical part is a literature review. The data are processed into graphs in a practical part. Case reports are created according to an expert consultation with a prosthodontist. Results: An increase of amputations of lower limb is obvious from the graphs, especialy in case of the patiens sufering from diabetes mellitus. On the other hand, the number of patients with amputations as a result of a traumatic event is decreasing.
